You will need 2 lengths per side - 4 lengths per frame. These rails are already provided with a self-adhesive tape. These extra sturdy version aluminum rails are 25mm wide and 15mm high .
The The DiBond Rail, made of non-anodized aluminum, is designed to mount your DiBond, Forex, mirror, etc. more securely and easily. It allows you to adjust the height of the object. It also ensures that the object hangs more securely and attractively, especially thin objects. The rail itself is 15mm thick, which is also the distance from the back of the panel to the wall.
Except for the 300cm lengths (these come in a bundle of 5, with a minimum order quantity of 10, i.e., 2 packs of 5 rails per order), all other sizes are supplied individually. Corner connectors and wall brackets, with the corresponding screws and plugs, are optional. Note: Other lengths are available upon request; with a minimum order quantity of 10 rails per size.
Please note: The 300cm lengths are only delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Suggestion: Try to leave about 10 cm off each side where possible for maximum load-bearing capacity. If desired, you can cut the rail to size yourself with a hacksaw.
The load-bearing capacity depends on many factors, such as the substrate and the material of the (photo) panel itself. It's also crucial to thoroughly clean the surface to be covered with an alcohol-based cleaner and to wait at least 72 hours before hanging the object. Advice: Do not use on photo paper.
We recommend using our Rail system for printed panels made of aluminum (DiBond), rigid foam, Forex, acrylic, and glass. Our tape can support a panel of up to 4 square meters with a maximum total weight of 25 kg and a minimum size of 40 x 40 cm when the profiles of the Hanging System can be placed a maximum of 10cm from each side of the printed panel.
