Click Assembly

Fixed ceiling mounting without visible fixings

With click mounting, everything revolves around an invisible, solid connection between the panel and the ceiling. Unlike suspension systems using cables or rods, panels are clicked directly onto the ceiling or a substructure. This results in a sleek appearance where the fastening itself is barely visible. Ideal for spaces where a calm ceiling look is desired, such as offices, meeting rooms, and healthcare facilities.

Panel clamps for a firm grip

Panel clamps are designed to secure panels along the edges without the need to drill through the material. This is particularly valuable when hanging acoustic panels, where preserving sound-dampening properties is essential. The clamp grips the panel from the side and holds it securely in place.

When do you choose clamp mounting?

Clamps are ideally suited for panels with a sturdy, straight edge. Think of fiberglass-reinforced acoustic boards or MDF panels with a finished side. For softer materials or irregular edges, a different fastening method is often more practical.

Screw mounting for maximum stability

With screw-mounted ceiling mounting, the panel is screwed directly to the ceiling or the substructure. This provides the most stable fixed ceiling mounting and is the preferred method for heavier panels or situations where vibrations play a role. A screw-mounted LED panel suspension system remains exactly in place, even with intensive use.

The panel screw-in systems in our range have been specifically developed for quick installation. With pre-assembled screw points and included mounting materials, you significantly reduce assembly time.

Magnetic mounting for flexible applications

Magnetic ceiling mounting is gaining popularity in environments where panels need to be regularly changed or moved. With magnetic mounting, you simply click the panel onto a metal rail or mount plate. Releasing and repositioning requires no tools.

Applications of magnetic systems

• Changing exhibitions in showrooms or galleries
• Flexible acoustic solutions in meeting rooms
• Maintenance hatches that need to be opened regularly
• LED panels that must remain accessible for service

When using magnetic mounting, pay attention to the weight of the panel. For heavier applications, stronger magnets or a combination with mechanical fastening are recommended.

Loop mounting and panel hooks

Ceiling loop hangers and panel hooks form a category of their own. With loop mounting, a flexible loop is attached to the panel, which then slides over a rail or hook. This system combines the advantages of click mounting with some flexibility in positioning.

Panel hooks work on a similar principle, but with a rigid hook that clicks into a rail. Both systems are popular for ceiling mounting of lighter panels and decorative elements.

Panel cams for accurate alignment

Cam panel mounting utilizes a rotating mechanism that allows you to fine-tune the panel after installation. This is particularly valuable for acoustic panel mounting in exposed areas, where millimeters make the difference between a professional and a messy appearance. By rotating the cam, the panel shifts minimally until the perfect position is achieved.

Selection based on panel type and situation

The correct click mounting depends on several factors. The weight and dimensions of the panel play a role, but also the accessibility of the ceiling and the desired flexibility. For permanent installations with LED acoustic suspension systems, screw mounting is often the best choice. Does the panel need to be removed regularly for maintenance or replacement? Then magnetic or cam mounting offers more convenience.
